Phase II Capital Campaign Fund Raising
In opening our great National Museum of the Marine Corps, the Foundation and the Marine Corps - working together - have reached a major milestone. But there is much more to do. And we cannot complete this dream without your support and the help of others who recognize the historic contributions of the Marine Corps, and all who believe that its values are relevant in today’s society.
Thus, having completed the first phase of our fund raising efforts - some $62 million toward constructing the basic National Museum - we are moving rapidly ahead in our private fund raising effort to complete the National Museum and its major exhibitions and to also compliment it with substantial enhancements to the surrounding environment within the Heritage Center.
With your support, we will reach our goal of $85 million to complete this national treasure. |
