Everything on this website is ‘point and click’ technology. Users can go to items in blue and click on them as a hot link to either an email or an interactive page; some items which visitors click on are portals to other pages or sections giving information. You navigate using your computer’s mouse and clicking when you are on the spot you wish to enter, or by using the ‘up/down’ and ‘left/right’ keyboard buttons and the ‘enter’ key. If you have a mouse with two forward clickers, generally the left side one (facing forward from the mouse tail) is the one you will click.
Using the site, visitors can learn how to order online, how to check on the status of an order, how to place an electronic order for an autographed copy of a book which an author will sign at a later book signing date, and which will then be sent to the buyer with his/her specially requested inscription and name.
You can sign up for special events, special sales information, and discounts by going to the ‘Become A Preferred Customer and giving your email address. This will allow us to send you information—and it can save you money on selected purchases throughout the year. It will give you access to your orders so you can track an order and determine its status.
On this site, visitors can learn about special sales the Museum Store has, about discounts for Marine Corps Heritage Foundation Members and more. One especially useful section of the website for visitors is the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section that goes over pertinent information most-often requested.
