27 November 2007: Photos and updates Lt.Gen. Lewis Burwell “Chesty” Puller, the only U.S. Marine to receive the Navy Cross five times, was honored with the dedication of a Virginia Historical Highway Marker commemorating his birth place and childhood home in West Point, Virginia.
